* Eat right

More and more takeaway shops are being opened today because busy people don’t cook home meals. Sooner, you will end up getting diabetes, high-blood-pressure, and other health issues to related to elevated bad cholesterol levels in the blood. Calculate your BMI at least once a month. Exercise at least four times a week, of not; your energy levels would drop over time. Hit the gym, that’s all I have to say. Gyms are open from 4 am to 11 pm in many cities. So, don’t give me the excuse of no time to hit the gym. Well, you can burn some energy while at work too. Don’t use the elevators. Some offices do have an allocated time in the morning for a quick workout. Regular exercise can boost your sex life too. Busy people often struggle in maintaining a healthy sex life.
Some say engineers are like robots, and that the engineers don’t have a life. You can change their opinions if you can set up a good example as a Structural Engineer.
